We are in the boat transport and storage business, and are not boat brokers -- nor are we in the boat repair business. The boats, equipment, and other items we sell are usually acquired through liens for unpaid storage, or abandonment, and are generally bargain priced. We sell boats and other items in 'as-is / where-is' condition and we offer no express or implied warranty as to quality, performance, seaworthiness, or completeness of equipment.
Please thoroughly inspect all items to your satisfaction, prior to purchasing, as all sales are final.

POOL HOUSE ?, GUEST HOUSE ?, RETREAT ?
- 43' Ketch -- Well, actually we're NOT in the swimming pool business, but we DO have quite a few pool and yard enhancement items for sale! This swimming pool contractor used his imagination and bought one our 'less-than-seaworthy' vessels, which we then placed next to his pool for use as a charming pool house, cocktail lounge, spare bedroom combination. He cut the aft 1/4 of the boat off, installed a wall, a door, and some paint, and thereby recycled a derelict craft into a unique object of useful beauty.
Our 'yard art' is available at bargain prices and we can often deliver without the use of a crane.

28' SEA RAY, 1984
- We've been told this is a rare, sought after model, because she has direct drives (shafts and props) rather than the usual inboard/outboard units found on most Sea Rays of this size. The engines have been removed for repowering and the hull was being prepared for paint. $2,600

-
33' RANGER sloop
- 1975, 9' 7" beam, 5' draft, Atomic 4 gas engine. This is not a liened or abandoned boat. It is being sold by one of our good customers.
This boat has been well maintained and is currently docked in San Diego as pictured. Asking price $17,000.

-
40' MARINER, 1966
- This well-known brand sailboat has been out of the water for many years.
The hull has dried out considerably, especially in the aft keel area. The planking, though dry, appears to be in fairly good shape. As you can see in the photos, the deck, cabin, and interior appear to be in pretty fair shape. The spars have been sanded to bare wood, covered, and appear to be in fair condition. There are sails, rigging, lines, winches, stove, prop, anchors, and many parts throughout the boat and in the covered work area. The 4 cylinder diesel engine turns, so it is not frozen (running condition unknown).
Make no mistake, there is a lot of work that needs to be done on this boat before she's ready for the water! Selling for storage due: $1,900

29' CUSTOM built sailboat
- Unfinished project. Foam-core fiberglass construction. 1cylinder BMW diesel engine. 41' wood mast, fiber glassed, clear finish, no rigging or sails. $2,900

-
2-Stage Racing Sailboat Cradles
- These two dual height cradles are identical. The lowered version is for shipping with the keel off, and the elevated version is for cradling the boat with the keel on. Although the brand of boat these cradles were built for is unknown to us, the saddles can be modified to fit any hull design. Could probably accomodate a 30' to 45' sailboat. Condition is like new, possibly unused. Galvanized steel construction with fiberglass saddles.
Dimensions: footprint 14' 7" long X 5' 3" wide, extended height 8' 5", lowered height 4' 5", extended saddle base to keel base support 7' 2", width at widest saddle 8' 10". A good deal at $1,000 each.

-
Chalet Style Houseboat
- Footprint 32' long x 12' wide. 14'4" high. Houseboats are no longer welcome at the local marinas, but this charming floating home would do very well in a lake or pond, or on land as a poolhouse, guesthouse, art studio or ?. It is complete with a living room, office study, kitchen and composting toilet on the ground floor, and a bedroom, loft, shower room and balcony above. The stove, refrigerator, water heater, and composting toilet are near new. The construction is cedar and the bottom is fiberglassed. Let your imagination run wild! $ 7,800. -
HARDTOP from 480 Sea Ray
- This beautifully shaped hardtop was removed from a 48' Sea Ray, a casualty of Hurricane Katrina. It has a few minor scratches, but otherwise appears to be in excellent condition.
If you can't figure out a way to make this fit on your boat, it would make an awesome sun-shade for a patio or pool deck, or on a gazebo type sitting area or bar area.
Features: 5 round recessed 5" lights overhead; 1 32"X23" recessed sight overhead; hinged sun window; slot tracks for canvas sides; mounting holes for radar; etc. on top; side mount antenna. Dimensions: roof 14'L X 9'2"W; feet 34"L X 7"W; inside/outside dims from port foot to stbd foot 9'3"/10'6"; head clearance base to ceiling 5' (needs to be elevated under feet).
A bargain at $1,500. Delivery available
